Bring them into your everyday.

At home or away, set it up in a calm shaded space and let them settle in at their own pace.
Your questions, answered.
Can my pet climb out?
The mesh enclosure closes with a zip. Close it fully and check the fabric, frame and zipper before every use. Always supervise: it is not an escape-proof kennel or a substitute for secure fencing.
Which pets can use it?
Designed for cats and other small pets that can comfortably stand, turn and lie down inside. Check the final dimensions against your pet before ordering. It is not intended for strong chewers or pets that push against the frame.
How do I set it up?
Open the folded enclosure on level ground and let the pop-up frame expand. Check the enclosure before placing your pet inside. Follow the supplied folding instructions when packing it away.
Can I use it in the sun?
Choose a shaded, cool spot and offer water. Mesh ventilation does not prevent overheating. Stay nearby and bring your pet inside if they seem hot, stressed or uncomfortable.
Where can I use it?
Use on level ground in a garden, patio or suitable indoor space. When travelling, set it up only after arriving; it is not a car restraint. Keep well away from balcony edges, pools and traffic.
How do I help my pet get used to it?
Start indoors with the door open and familiar bedding. Let your pet explore at their own pace. Build up short, supervised sessions before trying a calm outdoor spot.
How do I clean it?
Remove loose hair and dirt, spot-clean gently, and let it dry completely before folding. Follow the care label supplied with your product.
